Fees: Prices for treatment are: $95 - Initial Visit and $75 - Follow Up Visits. Credit Cards are not accepted at this time. Contact us for more information.
Hours: Tuesday through Thursday 10:30am - 6:30pm Friday 10:30am-4:00pm
Insurance: We are currently in network for: Aetna, BCBSNM, Presbyterian and United Healthcare.
We can provide you with an invoice to bill all other health insurances where applicable. We take auto cases as well.
Cancellation: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged a $40.00 fee for any missed appointments or any same day cancellations.
